The Key To SEO? Make Good Stuff!

Today I have a video offering some great search engine optimisation advice from a UK company called Climbing Trees.
The main point that the video makes is that you should create a great quality website to get high rankings on Google, but there are also some other good pieces of advice, here are a few of them.

  1. Make sure the meta page title tags and description tags of your web pages describe exactly what each page is about.
  2. Use words in your content that the right people will search for, umbrella shop would be better than amazing umbrella shop, because who searches for amazing?
  3. The more links to your website from big, well established websites the higher it will appear in the Google search results for your keywords.
  4. The best way to get links from high quality blogs and newspaper websites as well as Facebook shares and Tweets is to create quality content that people will want to link to.
  5. Check out the video people and let me know what you think by leaving a comment or by posting on Facebook or Twitter.
